Overview

At Blue Violet Natives, we take pride in growing healthy, pollinator-safe native plants. Because plants are living products, once they leave our nursery, their care and survival depend on growing conditions, weather, and maintenance. For this reason, all plant sales are considered final at pickup.

That said, we want our customers to feel confident in their purchase. Please review the details below:

Cancellations Before Pickup

  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund up until the scheduled pickup time.

  • Please email bluevioletnatives@gmail.com or message us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Refunds After Pickup

  • Once plants are picked up, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements if plants fail to thrive.

  • Customers are responsible for transporting and caring for their plants after pickup.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong plant or notice an issue at the time of pickup, please let us know immediately. We’ll gladly correct the error or provide a refund before you leave.

Community Note

We grow everything locally from responsibly sourced, neonicotinoid-free seed with great care. However, native plants are resilient and adaptable, and their success depends on proper planting and care in your garden. We encourage all customers to ask questions at pickup — we’re happy to share tips and guidance!
