An earlier-blooming monarda with pale lavender-white flowers spotted with purple. More compact than wild bergamot and more drought tolerant than scarlet bee balm, with excellent mildew resistance that makes it a winner for gardens. Bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds visit the tubular flowers in late spring and early summer.
