A graceful, arching aster with hundreds of tiny white flowers whose yellow centers turn purple with age, creating a beautiful two-toned calico effect. Very adaptable to shade and dry conditions. One of the most wildlife-valuable asters, supporting native bees, butterflies, and the caterpillars of many moth species.
