A gentle giant with large, fuzzy pink flower heads that swallowtails and monarchs cannot resist in late summer. More tolerant of shade and dry conditions than most Joe-Pye weeds. A stately background plant reaching 5-7 feet tall that earns its space many times over. The vanilla-scented flowers add a subtle fragrance.
